Description of the accommodation

The student residence, Campus des Sciences de Marseille, is a new and fully secure residence. It has common areas including a garden, a roof top, and a modern gym that students can use to relax. A study room is available for students to work alone or with others. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. The residence offers studios, T1, T1Bis, T2, T3 and T4 apartments designed for sharing. In the heart of the city of Marseille, the Campus des Sciences is ideally located and the public transport system at the foot of the residence offers numerous possibilities for getting around. The center of Marseille and the Saint-Charles train station are only 10 minutes away on foot. Local shops and services of all kinds are located in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Tenants have access to indoor parking and laundry facilities. Hot water, heating and electricity charges are included in the rent. A reception is available to students for the management of daily life in the residence and reception of parcels. Application fees, high speed internet access in the accommodation and common areas are offered.
